All content available on the Site is the exclusive intellectual property of ABYTA EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIARIOS LTDA or of its duly licensed content partners and collaborators. This includes, without limitation:

• The ABYTA brand name, logo, taglines, and trade dress;
• Architectural renderings, site plans, aerial photography, and promotional imagery of current and future developments;

• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security feature or access control of the Site.

ABYTA reserves the right to block, restrict, or report any user who violates these conduct standards, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to the user concerned.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, platforms, or digital services, including but not limited to mapping services, social media platforms (such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp), payment gateways, public registries, and regulatory bodies. ABYTA specifically disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ABYTA EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIARIOS LTDA and its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which ABYTA's registered office is located, with both parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled, except in cases where mandatory provisions of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) grant the consumer the right to litigate in their domicile of residence.

ABYTA reserves the right to review, revise, and update these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. In certain circumstances — for example, when changes are legally significant — we may also provide more prominent notice, such as a banner on the Site's homepage or a direct email to users who have registered an expression of interest with us.
